ما هي عملية زراعة الشعر بالاقتطاف؟
يتم في هذه العملية زراعة الشعر عن طريق اقتطاف بصيلات الشعر من مؤخرة الرأس وإعادة زرعها في المناطق التي تعاني من تساقط الشعر أو الصلع، ولا تحتاج هذه العملية لعمل شق جراحي أو غرز جراحية.
مراحل زراعة الشعر بالاقتطاف
مرحلة التحضير:
- يتم رسم خط الجبهة وتحديد عدد الشعيرات التي سيتم زرعها وأين سيتم زرعها، ويتم إعطاء مخدر موضعي للمريض
- لا تتعدى هذه المرحلة الساعة
مرحلة الاقتطاف:
- يقوم الطبيب بإستخدام جهازالاقتطاف ليتم سحب البصيلات من المنطقة المانحة، ويتم سحب البصيلات كل واحدة على حدة
- تستغرق هذه المرحلة عدة ساعات
مرحلة الزراعة:
- يتم عمل فتحات دقيقة جداً ليتم زراعة البصيلات بها، بعد أن يتم إدخال البصيلات في هذه الشقوق واحدة تلو الأخرى تكون العملية انتهت وتبدأ مرحلة التعافي
- تستغرق هذه المرحلة أيضاً عدة ساعات
إرشادات قبل زراعة الشعر بالاقتطاف
- يجب تجنب التدخين قبل عملية الزراعة وأثناء فترة التعافي
- الامتناع عن تناول الأدوية التي تسبب سيولة الدم مثل الأسبرين
- تجنب تناول المشروبات الكحولية والمشروبات التي تحتوي على الكافيين
- التأكد من نظافة فروة الرأس قبل العملية وغسلها وتجفيفها جيداُ
بعد عملية زراعة الشعر فترة التعافي
- لا تحتاج لعمل شق جراحي كبير كما في عمليات زراعة الشعر الأخرى
- لا تخلف ندبات أو كدمات لأنه لم يتم عمل شق جراحي
- لا تحتاج لفترة تعافي كبيرة
- لا تحتاج لوضع ضمادات على الرأس وتبدو طبيعية
نتائج زراعة الشعر بالاقتطاف
تظهر النتائج الأولية بعد فترة تتراوح ما بين شهر لثلاثة أشهر، لكن النتائج النهائية قد تحتاج لعدة أشهر أخرى وقد تصل لعام كاملمراحل زراعة الشعر بالاقتطاف ليست كثيرة ونتائج العملية تعطي نتائج دائمة وتتخلص من مشكلة تساقط الشعر والصلع الوراثي بشكل دائم، يجب فقط استشارة الطبيب وسؤاله عن هذه العملية البسيطة للتأكد من ملائمتها لحالتك، وللمزيد من المعلومات حول مراحل زراعة الشعر وللحجز والاستعلام يرجى التواصل معنا.
